On-site - Mandaluyong | 1-3 Yrs Exp | Bachelor | Full-time Job Description Overview The role involves strategic business planning, market expansion, site acquisition, and real estate asset optimization. The successful candidate will lead the business development team, build relationships with franchise partners and real estate communities, and ensure operational standards and workforce engagement. Key Responsibilities Business Planning: Develop strategies aligned with company vision in coordination with executive teams.

Facilitate strategy development and provide research-backed proposals. Market Expansion & Site Acquisition: Oversee site selection, review proposed sites, and ensure they meet brand standards for visibility, design, and size. Relationship Management: Build trust with franchise partners and establish a presence in the leasing and real estate community.

Lead business intelligence initiatives and data analysis for benchmarking. Standards & Safeguards: Implement internal safeguards, recommend improvements, and develop work processes to enhance efficiency and address issues. Workforce Engagement: Support employee recruitment, training, and development.

Partner with team members to plan and evaluate developmental activities. Qualifications Minimum 5 years in Restaurant Business Development, with 3 years in a leadership role (Director level). Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or Accounting; MBA is a plus.

Willing to travel approximately 50% for fieldwork and 50% for office work. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Business-oriented, team player, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
