The Senior Director will oversee the operations for Manila and Indonesia, will be responsible for School Partnerships & Management as well as maintaining good relationships with Government Agencies, Foreign Embassies and other external stakeholders.

The Senior Director is a key leadership role responsible for directly overseeing shoreside support services for team members. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, fostering professional growth, and driving operational excellence across the region. It will also serve as the company representative on the ground to ensure effective establishment and implementation of training and career path development programs (that enhance Team Members' competencies) by partnering with Training Institutions and establishing the company as the main learning hub in Asia for all Team Members. The role also includes effective client relationship management, driving business growth and lead a diverse team of professionals.

This role requires a deep understanding of the cruise industry, including guest services and operational requirements, as well as financial acumen and experience with budget management. Proficiency in BPO operations and technology solutions is also preferred and the job holder should be well versed in all communication/ reporting tools and MS applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php400,000.00 per month
