Senior Finishing Manager

Job Duties:

  • Project Supervision: Oversee on-site finishing works (e.g., painting, tiling, carpentry) and ensure alignment with project specs and timelines.
  • Quality Control: Inspect works for quality; resolve defects promptly. Conduct inspections to ensure finishing works meet required standards and specifications.
  • Coordination: Liaise with stakeholders and manage deliveries, installations, and handovers.
  • Health & Safety: Enforce safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
  • Planning & Reporting: Develop schedules, track progress, and report to management.
  • Problem Solving: Address site issues, prevent delays, and control costs.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in finishing works, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or hospitality projects is preferred.
  • Certifications (Optional but advantageous): PMP (Project Management Professional) | NEBOSH/IOSH (for safety management) | LEED or other green building certifications (optional)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php110,000.00 per month
