Job Summary:

The Finishing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the final stages of a construction or fit-out project, ensuring that all finishing work is completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to deliver top-quality finishes that meet design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all finishing works on-site, including painting, flooring, tiling, joinery, ceilings, and fixtures.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and laborers to ensure timely completion of finishing tasks.
  • Monitor the progress of finishing works and report regularly to the Project or Site Manager.
  • Conduct quality inspections and snagging processes; ensure prompt resolution of any issues or defects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure the final finish matches the intended design.
  • Assist with procurement and material coordination for finishing-related supplies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress, inspections, and quality checks.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Proven experience as a Finishing Manager for high-rise construction
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with health & safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
