Responsibilities:

The position requires close collaboration with teams in demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to effectively align supply with demand while minimizing both shortages and overstock.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply or production planning
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, capacity planning, and fulfillment operations
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willing to be based either in Ortigas or Novaliches
