I. REASON FOR EXISTENCE OF POSITION

  1. To support the Compliance Manager in ensuring that a company complies with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Reports directly to the Compliance Manager

  2. Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects in support of compliance initiatives

  3. Develops and maintains a log of all reported incidents of non-compliance, written complaints, investigations, audits, charges, and litigation, both employee and clients / regulatory institutions

  4. Develops semi-annual reports for the Management to review including all serious infractions by employees documented in findings, audit findings, charges and disciplinary actions

  5. Reviews infractions documented in findings and general audit findings with before implementing corrective action.

  6. Monitors the implemented corrective and preventive actions

  7. Acts as document controller to monitor and records all new or revised policies and procedures issued and in compliance with company standards and policies, vision and mission of the company

  8. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in appropriate field.

  2. Must have entrepreneurial spirit in developing business opportunities.

  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills

  4. Excellent in computer applications.

  5. Research capabilities and experience in compliance is an advantage.

  6. With experience in ISAGO
