What You Bring to the Team

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all customer portals (e.g., induction platforms, compliance systems, contractor management portals)
  • Complete and update company and technician inductions, accreditations, and compliance records
  • Upload required documentation such as insurances, safety certificates, SWMS, licenses, and training records
  • Track upcoming expiries and coordinate renewals proactively
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of inductions and safety requirements
  • Collaborate with management to ensure company-wide compliance
  • Monitor inboxes and notifications from customer systems
  • Prepare compliance reports and dashboards as needed
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and organization of compliance files
