Who are we looking for:

As a Set-Up Assistant, you are expected to be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective set-up of retail stores, ensuring that all elements are in place for a successful opening.

  • Collaborate with shift leaders and store leaders to understand the layout and design requirements for each store.
  • Communicate effectively to gather necessary information and specifications for the store setup.
  • Assist in managing and organizing inventory for store fixtures, equipment, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all required items are available and in good condition for the store setup.
  • Assemble and arrange store fixtures, shelves, and displays according to provided guidelines.
  • Assist in implementing visual merchandising plans, including arranging products and displays to enhance the overall store appearance.
  • Work within established timelines to ensure that store setups are completed on schedule.

What does it take to be part of the team?

  • Candidate must possess any 4-year course.
  • Work Experience in the retail industry, fast food chains, or restaurants is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting, carrying, and assembling fixtures.
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules.
