Updating and collecting data on consumers, competitors, and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
Manage executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and other internal/external communications.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as the point of contact between executives and other staff, clients, or stakeholders.
Supporting sales representatives and coordinating sales-related activities within the company.
Perform general office management tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel Formulas, Word and Power point)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Discretion and professionalism are essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
