We're looking for a Business Development Manager (Associate Level) to join a growing team in the exciting world of esports and gaming events.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the execution of business acquisition strategies. This position focuses on lead generation, partnership development, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-impact projects in esports, gaming, and creative industries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Support the execution of business development strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
- Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and new business opportunities in esports, gaming, and related industries.
- Conduct outreach, prepare proposals, and coordinate presentations to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to help refine sales approaches.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in client meetings, pitches, and partnership discussions alongside senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
3. Sales Support & Deal Execution
- Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Assist in the preparation and review of proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Creative, and Production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with senior Business Development Managers to align on priorities, goals, and target markets.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and business strategies.
- Support the team in organizing client events, sponsorship pitches, and promotional activities.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate CRM data and generate basic sales and pipeline reports.
- Track progress against individual and team sales targets.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help shape service offerings and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in esports, events, advertising, or creative industries).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with esports, gaming, entertainment, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Work Schedule:
- Onsite reporting
- Monday to Friday, following a compressed workweek setup.
- Employees may start as early as 7:00AM to 5:00PM; or as late as 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary Package:
- Basic Salary
- HMO
- Leave Credits

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
