Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Process orders, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Record and document customer interactions in the system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • With or without prior customer service experience.
  • Computer literate and able to use MS Office applications and online tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Willing to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
