  • Handles daily conversion of delivery receipts to sales invoices and ensures all invoices and required documents (e.g. transmittals, samples, quotations) are completed before delivery.
  • Performs daily audits of sales order pricing to ensure accuracy and compliance with updated templates. Coordinates with sales associates to correct any discrepancies in price or terms.
  • Organizes and files documents on a daily or weekly basis, depending on priority and urgency.
  • Maintains and updates sales and customer records .
  • Prepares and monitors reports.
  • Provides administrative support to the Sales Department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor pricing, terms, and documentation accurately
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with Sales, Production, and Logistics departments
  • Can work under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and maintains confidentiality in handling company and customer records
