Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with real estate admin tasks such as data entry, document management, and updating property databases.
  • Manage property-related documents like lease agreements, contracts, and reports.
  • Provide support for scheduling appointments, client correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Support property listings and coordinate with agents or property managers.
  • Conduct basic research on properties and market trends.
  • Handle calls and basic social media management when needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in office tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with real estate processes or property management is a plus.
  • Comfortable with phone and email communication when needed.
  • At least 2 years in college or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant work experience preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
