Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, encoding, and processing of sales documents (Reservation Agreements, Client Information Sheets, Contracts, etc.).
  • Maintain and update client records, unit availability, and sales inventory.
  • Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal departments regarding documentation requirements and sales concerns.
  • Monitor sales status, payments, and submission of requirements.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Schedule and support sales events, site trippings, and meetings.
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely information to clients and sales agents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
  • Experience in real estate admin or sales support is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
