Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with back-office processes and support overall admin tasks.
  • Organize and maintain documents.
  • Perform data entry and manage databases.
  • Conduct basic research to support various team functions.
  • Handle email correspondence and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Make and receive calls as needed.
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling when applicable.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy, or willing to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Comfortable following structured processes and procedures.
  • Experience in admin tasks, coordination, or customer support is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in training or team coordination is a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable with phone and email communication when needed.
  • At least 2 years in college or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant work experience preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
