IT service delivery
for a fast-growing Fintech. You'll lead high-impact teams, sharpen ITSM excellence, and drive measurable improvements in
SLAs/OLAs, stability, and customer experience
across multi-cloud environments.

What you'll do

  • Lead Service Desk, Application Support, and partner teams to
    meet/exceed SLAs
    .
  • Run core
    ITSM practices
    (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
  • Orchestrate service delivery across
    multi-cloud
    platforms; coordinate with Dev/AppDev for releases and fixes.
  • Build dashboards and reports for
    service performance, capacity, availability,
    and risk.
  • Drive
    root-cause analysis
    and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage vendors and stakeholders; enforce
    governance, compliance,
    and audit readiness.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team with clear KPIs and growth plans.

What you'll bring

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology
    , or related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years
    in a senior role such as
    Service Desk Manager, Application Support Head, Application Development Head
    , or equivalent.
  • Fintech/Financial Institution experience
    preferred
    .

Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong leadership plus hands-on technical depth in
    modern system development methodologies
    , platforms, and programming languages across
    multi-cloud
    environments.
  • Proven troubleshooting across diverse enterprise applications; familiarity with employer's software stack a plus.
  • Above-average
    collaboration, communication, and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Experience with
    ITIL, COBIT
    and other service delivery frameworks (certifications a plus).
  • Relevant exposure to
    , Kotlin, Java, .NET
    across varied cloud implementations.
  • Track record of implementing
    service delivery best practices
    to ensure compliance with agreed Service Levels across stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher), COBIT, and experience with
    ServiceNow/Jira
    or similar ITSM tools.
  • Background coordinating
    major incidents
    , DR/BCP, and regulated environments.
