We're looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager (Oracle NetSuite) to lead the successful delivery of NetSuite projects and services. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring implementations and enhancements are delivered on time, within budget, and with outstanding results.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end NetSuite project delivery
  • Lead and mentor delivery teams
  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve escalations
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in service delivery, project management, or consulting (ERP/SaaS preferred)
  • Strong Oracle NetSuite implementation experience
  • Excellent leadership and client management skills
  • Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus
