
Assistant Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Landed Cost
o Prepare landed cost computations for imported and local products.
o Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders for quotations, delivery schedules, and documentation.
o Negotiate supplier pricing and payment terms.
2. Administration & Office Operations
o Supervise all administrative functions — office supplies, equipment, repairs, utilities, and maintenance.
o Check and approve reimbursement requests, petty cash, and expense reports.
o Maintain organized filing systems for purchases, deliveries, and payments.
3. Management Support
o Act as the manager's representative when he is out of the office.
o Prepare reports, monitor deadlines, and ensure tasks are completed by relevant teams.
o Handle confidential matters with discretion.
4. Coordination & Communication
o Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and sales teams for inter-department needs.
o Follow up pending supplier deliveries, invoices, and collections.
o Ensure smooth daily operations of both office and store personnel.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field
· Minimum 3–5 years experience in office administration or operations
· Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (for cost tracking and landed cost)
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Highly organized, dependable, and can work with minimal supervision
· Leadership experience is an advantage
