Job Title: Community Operations Manager

Reports To: SVP - Operations
Location: The Grid Co-Living, Makati City
Job Summary:
The Community Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the condormitel property while fostering a vibrant, safe, and welcoming living environment for residents. This role ensures operational efficiency, excellent resident experience, and the implementation of community-building initiatives that align with the property's brand and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property & Operations Management:
- Supervise all aspects of daily operations, including housekeeping, front desk, security, and maintenance.
- Ensure property cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair schedules.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure service quality and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes, including room inspections and turnover readiness.
2. Community & Resident Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement community engagement programs such as events, orientations, and wellness initiatives.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive community culture aligned with house rules and guidelines.
3. Leasing & Occupancy:
- Support the leasing team in achieving occupancy goals through active coordination and follow-up.
- Assist with leasing documentation, room assignments, renewals, and terminations.
- Maintain up-to-date resident records and manage the resident management system.
4. Administration & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit operational reports including occupancy, incident logs, maintenance, and resident feedback.
- Assist in budgeting and cost-control efforts related to operations and events.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, maintenance logs, and resident communication.
5. Emergency Response & Compliance:
- Act as a point of contact for emergency situations and escalate as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal property standards.
- Conduct emergency drills and communicate safety procedures to residents and staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
