Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Unit Manager located in Makati. The Assistant Unit Manager will be responsible for assisting in the overall operations and management of the unit, supporting the unit manager in achieving sales and service targets, overseeing and mentoring unit members, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The Assistant Unit Manager will also be involved in recruiting and training new team members, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
