Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Clark, Philippines

Job Purpose:

To handle a broad range of customer contacts, namely inquiries/complaints via telephone, e-mail or fax for the dnata outsource Contact Centre business. The CSA will help provide excellent customer service on new as well as existing Contact Centre accounts and therefore further strengthen and grow the outsourcing business.

Minimum requirements:

  • Applicants must be willing to work and relocate to Clark, Pampanga.
  • Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have a relevant residence status
  • High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
  • Must have good English communication skills.
  • Background in the travel industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must have a minimum of 30 WPM typing speed
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
  • Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for answering customer's query about related products and processes over the phone
  • Handle e-mail and phone inquiries and requests from VIP clients, with utmost care and priority
  • Responsible for bookings, amendments, or cancellations of requests with 100% accuracy
  • Proactive in coordinating and relaying information to airport operations when needed
  • Generate Report when needed
  • Upsell or cross sell other products as needed
  • Other tasks may be assigned
