About the role

We are seeking a driven and passionate Sales Associate to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting for new clients through networking, cold-calling, and lead generation activities

  3. Negotiating deals and closing sales transactions to meet and exceed individual and team targets
  4. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
  5. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and managing the sales pipeline
  6. Staying up-to-date with market trends, property developments, and industry regulations
  7. Collaborating with the broader team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  3. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  4. Familiarity with the local property market and regulations in the Clark Freeport Zone area
  5. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to succeed in a competitive industry
  6. Proficient in using relevant real estate sales tools and technologies
  7. A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
