We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while elevating the experience of our candidates and clients.

The Opportunity

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology BPO, you will be the recruiting engine behind TVIP. You will partner closely with the leadership team, clients, and hiring managers to build high-quality talent pipelines across mid-to-senior technical roles.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply experienced in tech recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of an organisation shaping the future of Philippines-to-Australia co-sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT, cloud, software development, cybersecurity, data, and BPO technical roles
  • Build deep talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, internal databases, and direct sourcing
  • Screen candidates for technical capability, communication skills, and cultural fit with Australian clients
  • Create high-quality candidate shortlists with clear summaries, rate cards, and role alignment commentary

Client Engagement & Account Support

  • Lead role scoping meetings with Australian clients (with support from TVIP leadership)
  • Understand client needs deeply and translate them into precise job briefs and competency profiles
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment timelines

Process Leadership & Delivery Excellence

  • Own recruitment SLAs, speed-to-shortlist, and quality-of-hire metrics
  • Improve recruitment frameworks, interviewing standards, and assessment templates
  • Ensure transparency in all recruitment stages, aligned with TVIP's salary-first model
  • Maintain clean, organised recruitment data and reporting dashboards

Candidate Experience

  • Provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring journey
  • Guide candidates through Australian client expectations, culture, and delivery environment
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding handover to internal HR
Qualifications & Experience
  • 4–7+ years of solid experience in technical recruitment within an IT BPO, outsourcing, or global talent organisation
  • Proven track record hiring roles such as: Software Engineers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, and other enterprise technology talent
  • Strong understanding of salary benchmarking, job structuring, and candidate assessment
  • Excellent communication skills — spoken and written — suitable for client-facing discussions
  • Experience supporting Australian, Singapore, or NZ markets highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho, BambooHR, Workable, Bullhorn)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-performance, metrics-driven environment
