Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to support E&J Garages, a growing US-based business. This role is designed for someone who can combine social media management with light administrative and inventory support. You'll be responsible for strengthening E&J Garages' digital presence through organic engagement and content repurposing, while also keeping back-office operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain E&J Garages' social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Repurpose and edit existing images/videos for posts, reels, and stories.
  • Draft captions and content aligned with the business brand and voice.
  • Schedule and publish regular posts to maintain consistent activity.
  • Engage with comments, messages, and followers to drive traffic and community engagement.
  • Monitor insights/metrics to advise on content performance.

Admin & Inventory Support

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory database of products and parts.
  • Assist with uploading images, descriptions, and details of inventory items.
  • Organize and manage digital files (images, product specs, documentation).
  • Support email correspondence and general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or equivalent).
  • Basic design and content editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with clear communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage both creative and administrative tasks.
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and consistency.
