Overview
We're seeking a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to research and identify commercial properties in Australia. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to their work. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote, independent role.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary task will be to act as our "eyes and ears" in the Australian commercial property market. You'll be responsible for:
- Property Research: Regularly browsing and studying properties listed on to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Property Shortlisting: Applying a specific set of criteria (to be provided) to filter and shortlist properties that align with our business goals.
- Agent Communication: Liaising directly with real estate agents via phone or email to gather detailed information on shortlisted properties.
- Weekly Reporting: Providing a comprehensive weekly report outlining your findings, including a list of properties researched, those shortlisted and why, and any follow-up actions taken.
- Database Management: Maintaining an organized and up-to-date database of all researched properties and agent contacts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a research/admin support role (real estate experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with the Australian property market or willingness to quickly learn
- Strong internet research skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for liaising with agents and team members
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and update databases effectively
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
