I. Job Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and timely financial reporting to senior management.
  • Prepare and review accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making and company goals.
  • Supervise accounting processes, manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are documented and reconciled in a timely manner.

Strategic Financial Planning:

  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis to improve financial performance.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and admin team, ensuring optimal performance and development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training opportunities to foster career growth.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure the company's compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
  • Proactively identify potential financial risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.

Administrative Oversight:

  • Manage general office administration functions, including vendor relations, office supplies, and facilities management.
  • Implement efficient administrative processes to support company operations.

Budget & Forecasting:

  • Lead the annual budget process, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts to help the company make informed decisions.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess financial and administrative processes for efficiency improvements.
  • Leverage technology to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

II. Job Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance and administrative leadership role, preferably as a manager or head of department.
  • Education:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is ideal, but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • High proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
