We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Support / Office Assistant who will handle day-to-day office tasks, coordination work, and clerical duties. The role includes preparing documents, arranging deliveries, communicating with suppliers, and providing general support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Print, prepare, and organize documents and reports
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and gift arrangements for clients or business partners
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers and service providers
- Assist in purchasing and sourcing office or business needs
- Manage schedules and appointments as required
- Maintain files and records (digital and physical)
- Perform general administrative tasks (emails, calls, filing, encoding)
- Run office-related errands when needed
- Assist in other tasks assigned by the office
Qualifications
- College graduate or college level (any course)
- Experience in admin or office work is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Can multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace
