We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Support / Office Assistant who will handle day-to-day office tasks, coordination work, and clerical duties. The role includes preparing documents, arranging deliveries, communicating with suppliers, and providing general support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Print, prepare, and organize documents and reports
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and gift arrangements for clients or business partners
  • Communicate and follow up with suppliers and service providers
  • Assist in purchasing and sourcing office or business needs
  • Manage schedules and appointments as required
  • Maintain files and records (digital and physical)
  • Perform general administrative tasks (emails, calls, filing, encoding)

Qualifications
