Financial Planning and Analysis

Develop and implement annual budgets, long-term financial forecasts, and financial models. Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Financial Reporting and Control

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS). Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

Financial Management

Manage cash flow, working capital, and investments. Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial resources and improve profitability.

Risk Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk. Implement and monitor risk management policies and procedures.

Compliance

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and internal policies. Manage audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Strategic Planning

Participate in the development and implementation of the organization's overall strategic plan, providing financial insights and guidance.

Investor Relations

Manage communication with investors and stakeholders, providing financial updates and answering questions.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Educational Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly desirable.

Job Related Experiences

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in a financial management role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Experience in a similar industry is preferred. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
