Department: Commercial - Modern Trade

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will manage sales, expenses, and inventory within a defined customer and geographic area. You will work with merchandisers in achieving target sales of our products within your assigned accounts.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop individuals/teams through planning, coaching, performance management, and culture-building.
  • Supervise consignment stores, ensuring stock availability, timely replenishment, and target achievement.
  • Maintain product quality and display standards for optimal sales.
  • Manage accounts by engaging in selling and ensuring timely collection of payments.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven client management skills with a focus on trust-building and meeting client needs.
