An accounting supervisor leads a team of accountants to oversee a company's financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Team management: Supervise, guide, and evaluate the accounting team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Financial reporting: Oversee the preparation of key financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analysis and compliance: Analyze financial data for trends and variances, develop and implement financial controls, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
  • Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Budgeting and planning: Assist with the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Record keeping: Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per day
