  • Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and clerks, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

  • Preparing Financial Projections and Analysis
  • Review bank reconciliation
  • Review and approve journal entries, financial statements, and reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial and compliance audits.
  • Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable laws.

  • Provide support to upper management with financial data and analysis

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

  • Has at least 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and has the ability to work under pressure
