About the role

As a Sales Account Executive at City Garden Hotel Makati, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales and revenue growth. Based in the vibrant city of Makati, Metro Manila, this full-time role will see you responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate and travel trade accounts.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities with potential clients
  2. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate and travel trade accounts
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions
  4. Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to clients
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  7. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in a sales or account management role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  3. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  4. In-depth knowledge of the local and regional hospitality market
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  7. Fluency in English and Filipino
