Responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the seamless execution of insurance policies. This role requires strong

sales, negotiation, and client management skills to drive revenue growth and maintain excellent service standards.

Job Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the companys insurance portfolio
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries needing insurance solutions
  • Present AC Primes insurance offerings to potential clients and partners

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Regularly assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with clients to offer policy renewals and upselling opportunities

Policy Management and Coordination

  • Liaise with underwriters, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the issuance of insurance policies
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy applications, endorsements and renewals
  • Provide clients with clear and complete information on policy terms, conditions, and exclusions
  • Monitor policy expirations and proactively manage renewals to avoid lapses in coverage

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of client transactions, proposals, and agreements
  • Assist in claims processing by coordinating with insurers and providing necessary documentation to clients

Reporting and Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare sales reports, client updates, and market analysis reports for management review
  • Track and achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the company

Competency Requirements
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Relevant Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services
