Sales Executives

Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Ensure consistent availability and visibility of products in all covered accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and store owners.
- Handle order generation, merchandising coordination, and customer concerns.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the area.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams for smooth sales execution.
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and product updates.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales or field sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of the South NCR market and key retail channels.
- Must be willing to do extensive fieldwork.
- Goal-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
