Sales Executives

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product penetration.
  • Ensure consistent availability and visibility of products in all covered accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and store owners.
  • Handle order generation, merchandising coordination, and customer concerns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the area.
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams for smooth sales execution.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and product updates.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales or field sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of the South NCR market and key retail channels.
  • Must be willing to do extensive fieldwork.
  • Goal-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
