  • Relationship building: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Sales performance tracking: Set and achieve sales quotas, track progress using CRM systems, and generate performance reports.
  • Market analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market data to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams like marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
