General Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our QR payment and POS (Point of Sale) solutions to businesses. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting product features and benefits, and closing sales to help merchants adopt digital payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential businesses that can benefit from QR and POS payment systems.
- Present and demonstrate the product to clients, highlighting its features and advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business owners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, installation, and customer support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- At least 1 year experience in the said role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Additional details:
- Permanent and direct hire engagement
- On field and onsite arrangement
- Work schedule: 8am-4pm; 2pm-10pm
- Office in Makati
