We're building something unique: the 310 AI Academy — a proprietary internal training program designed to turn every employee into an AI-powered professional. This Academy will not only upskill our own teams but will eventually expand into a corporate training product for companies worldwide.
Our founder, Tim Sharif, is a 20-year entrepreneur and marketer who has built companies with hundreds of millions in revenue and managed $100M+ in advertising spend. We are now making Manila our home base for launching global brands, and the Academy will be a cornerstone of that mission.
The Role: AI Academy Coach / Training Manager
We're looking for a Coach and Program Manager who will lead our employees through structured AI training inside our Manila HQ.
You do not need to be an AI expert today. What matters is your training experience, facilitation skills, and hunger to learn. We'll train you to become one of the first AI Academy professionals in the Philippines.
This is a career-defining role: you'll co-build the Academy from the ground up, coach employees through their learning journey, and eventually help us spin it into a corporate training product offered to companies worldwide.
What You'll Do
● Co-Build the Academy: Turn our frameworks into lessons, assignments, and quizzes.
● Coach & Facilitate: Lead employees through Slack-based lessons, ClickUp tasks, and live in-office workshops.
● Manage Progress: Track deliverables, maintain leaderboards, and celebrate belt promotions.
● Optimize the Program: Gather feedback, improve lessons, and ensure training drives results.
● Future Growth: Help adapt the Academy into a professional corporate training program.
Qualifications
● Background in corporate training, L&D, instructional design, or call center training management.
● Strong English communication skills (written + spoken).
● Experienced in leading workshops, onboarding, or employee upskilling.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable (Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace).
● Most important: growth mindset and hunger to learn — we will train you to become an AI professional and course builder.
● Must be able to work in our Manila office daily.
