  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support their activities in the field

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
  • Proficient in using marketing software, analytics tools, and social media platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask effectively
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail
