As the Marketing Officer, you will be the key support to the Brand Manager, handling both e-commerce management and broader marketing responsibilities. You will ensure smooth operations of online platforms while also contributing to campaign execution, reporting, and cross-company initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Management
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
  • Track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Implement online-exclusive campaigns and promotions.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and CSR teams to ensure fulfillment accuracy and timely resolution of order issues.

  • Campaign Support

  • Assist the Brand Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, events, promotions).
  • Handle day-to-day content scheduling and reporting for social and e-commerce.

  • Liaise with influencers, partners, and store branches for campaign execution.

  • Multi-Brand Marketing Support

  • Assist in campaign development, creative coordination, and reporting for other RJ Group companies.
  • Support branding initiatives, event promotions, or product launches under the wider RJ Group portfolio.

  • Maintain marketing consistency and quality across multiple business units.

  • General Marketing Support

  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and assist in product positioning.
  • Support marketing activations and cross-company initiatives.

  • Help maintain consistency of brand identity across channels.

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate reports on e-commerce performance, campaigns, and engagement.
  • Provide data insights to support management decisions.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years experience in marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
  • Proficient in content coordination, campaign reporting, and basic analytics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and willing to work across multiple brands.

Salary:

  • P18,000 - P25,000 (depending on experience) plus commissions.
