Role Overview

The Marketing Officer is responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across Boomdogs' digital platforms, store experiences, and physical touchpoints. This includes content strategy, campaign execution, influencer and community engagement, and the creation of both digital and in-store marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content & Campaigns

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals
  • Produce and publish daily content across social channels (FB, IG, TikTok, etc.)
  • Design promotional materials and in-store collaterals (menus, signage, POS)
  • Capture and edit short-form videos and food photography using mobile or camera gear

2. Brand Activations & Store Engagement

  • Visit stores to implement visual materials, gather content, and ensure brand alignment
  • Coordinate with ops and kitchen teams for campaign rollouts and shoot

3. Influencer & Community Marketing

  • Manage influencer outreach, onboarding, and campaign tracking
  • Build relationships with food creators and community partner

4. Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Run basic ad campaigns and monitor performance
  • Track and analyze reach, engagement, and campaign ROI
  • Suggest optimizations to improve marketing performance

Targets

  • Regular, high-quality posting (3–5x weekly minimum)
  • Clear growth in followers, engagement, and brand mentions
  • On-time delivery of all in-store collateral needs across locations
  • Consistent visual and verbal brand tone across all platforms

Qualifications & Competencies

  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing, content, or creative role
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent copywriting and design/art direction instincts
  • Strong photo, video, and editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts
  • Must be based in Metro Manila and willing to travel regularly to Boomdogs stores

Job Type: Full-time
