Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and proactive Marketing Officer who will help develop and execute marketing plans to boost brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. If you're passionate about digital content, branding, and innovative marketing ideas—this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns online and offline
  • Manage social media accounts, content scheduling, and engagement
  • Create promotional materials (graphics, captions, marketing copies, etc.)
  • Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and brand partnerships
  • Monitor marketing trends and competitor activities
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments for branding and marketing needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (advantage but not required)
  • Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in Canva, basic design tools, and social media platforms
  • Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Can work independently and meet deadlines
  • Willing to learn and open to new strategies and ideas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
