Lead Generation Specialist

HeadHunter Partners is a global staffing company connecting businesses across the US, UK, EU, and ANZ with exceptional remote talent.
We're in Phase 1 and building our revenue engine from the ground up. We need someone exceptional - not just competent.
The Role
You'll own the entire outbound engine - email sequences, lead generation, data enrichment, and pipeline management. You'll work directly with the Sales Director to ensure CSMs have a constant flow of qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimise email sequences across multiple markets
- Manage lead sourcing and enrichment workflows
- Oversee CRM hygiene and reporting
- Coordinate with BDR team on target lists
- Track and report on pipeline metrics
- Train and manage Rev Ops Executive
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or demand generation
- Expert-level experience with , Instantly, Clay, or similar tools
- Strong HubSpot or CRM experience
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent English communication
- Leadership experience (even informal)
- Self-starter who can build processes from scratch
This isn't a junior role. We're paying above market because we want someone who's done this before and can hit the ground running.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar)
- Built or managed email sequences at scale
- Strong attention to detail - data quality matters
- Excellent written English
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Available to overlap with EU/US business hours
