Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to support the growth of a healthcare recruitment business for an Australia-based client. In this role, you will identify and connect with potential healthcare clients, introduce them to recruitment services, and ensure leads are properly tracked and followed up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to healthcare companies and clinics to introduce services.
- Research and identify potential clients using provided databases.
- Update and maintain CRM records (e.g., Vincere) to track interactions and lead status.
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement.
- Pass qualified leads to the account management or sales team for further action.
Requirements:
- Entry-level or 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, client outreach, or sales support.
- Comfortable making cold calls and professional email outreach.
- Experience using CRM systems (experience with Vincere CRM is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
