About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can efficiently manage inbound and outbound leads, oversee CRM workflows, and support the marketing and website teams in managing ongoing campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in working across multiple brands or fast-paced digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor incoming and outgoing leads across assigned CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Execute follow-ups via email, SMS, and outbound calls to qualify leads.
  • Work closely with paid ads and social media teams to ensure proper tagging, routing, and tracking of leads from campaigns.
  • Coordinate landing page improvements and tracking setup with the website/WordPress development team.
  • Maintain clean CRM data including tagging, pipelines, deal stage updates, automation triggers, and segmentation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports showing:
  • Lead sources
  • Conversion rates
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Lead volume movement and trends
  • Assist in campaign testing, quality checks, and optimization strategies to improve funnel performance.
  • Support marketing and sales teams by ensuring smooth handovers and follow-through processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in lead handling, CRM operations, or digital marketing coordination.
  • Experience working with multiple brands, agencies, or fast-paced environments (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as:
  • HubSpot
  • GoHighLevel
  • Zoho
  • Salesforce
  • (or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead flow tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php10, Php15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
