APEX is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational efficiency, manpower deployment, and client expansion activities. This role will lead multiple teams and ensure seamless execution of merchandising, administration, and training operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and oversee operations across multiple regions and departments.
  • Ensure full manpower deployment and optimal resource allocation.
  • Oversee and support client opening and expansion projects to ensure operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Training teams to align operations with company objectives.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports.

  2. Client Opening & Expansion: Successfully implement operational readiness for new client sites and expansions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of operations management experience in retail, merchandising, or manpower services.
  • Proven record in managing client opening and expansion projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Willing to travel nationwide as needed.
