  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field. *With 2 to 4 years of experience in material planning, production planning and scheduling, and inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stocks are within Stocking levels (min-max) by daily monitoring of stocks, weekly stocks evaluation.
  • Makes procurement plan (as needed, weekly & monthly) and possess order to suppliers.
  • Ensure PO's, DR and SI are all matched.
  • Provide operational analytics to the department head.
  • Create and update monitoring of sales performance of each service.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate head.
  • Responsible for providing data to analyze medium and long-term demand
  • signals, identifying supply bottlenecks, and assisting in the justification of capacity investment opportunities that support the Company's long-term growth objectives while managing inventory levels to meet corporate objectives.
  • Preferably with experience in the manufacturing of modular cabinet, furniture or fit-out industries
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in planning software and tools.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
