Job Summary:

We are looking for an inventory specialist to increase our business competitiveness and profitability. In this role, you will play a key role in managing our inventory system and ensuring its accuracy. You will also work with other team members to improve our supply chain operations and meet our goals. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience and attention to detail in inventory management, we would love to have you on our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update inventory records and system to ensure accurate and timely inventory tracking.

  2. Collaborating with sales and marketing departments to forecast inventory needs and identify potential stock issues.

  3. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock-outs or overstock situations.

  4. Keeping informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends.

  5. Communicate with company vendors internationally.

  6. Develop and implement SOPs for inventory management and continuously improve inventory operations.

  7. Collaborate with purchasing and operation teams to optimize procurement and transportation processes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree : Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing
  2. Strong negotiation skills
  3. In depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
  4. Excellent analytical, communication skills, and able to work well in a team environment
  5. Knowledge Knowledge of inventory principles, concepts, and procedures
  6. Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail
  8. Able to sit in front of a computer screen for long hours every day
  9. Must hold permanent resident status for work authorization
  10. Must be available to work permanent night shifts as part of back office operations for USA head office
