We are a fast-growing e-commerce and distribution company operating multiple brands across Canada and the United States. We source, customize, and sell high-quality products across several categories—including home & lifestyle, commercial flooring, children's products, sports mats, snow melting mats, and more.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control & Replenishment Coordinator to join our remote team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and experienced in managing inventory across multi-warehouse, multi-country operations. Experience with systems such as Cin7 Core (DEAR), Shopify, and ShipStation is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple warehouses in Canada and the USA.
  •  Review, update, and reconcile stock levels in Cin7 Core daily.
  •  Verify stock transfers, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and warehouse movements.
  •  Ensure inventory accuracy across Shopify, ShipStation, and internal systems.

Cross-Border Transfers (USA -  Canada):
  •  Monitor and validate all cross-border inventory transfers between our USA and Canada companies.
  •  Ensure transfer POs, shipping documents, and landed costs are correctly recorded.
  •  Ensure proper receiving in Cin7 Core.
  •  Flag discrepancies and customs-related issues.

Demand Planning & Replenishment:
  • Monitor stock on hand and sales velocity to forecast replenishment needs.
  • Prepare reorder recommendations using lead times, seasonality, and order trends.
  • Assist in planning inventory for both USA and Canada locations, Amazon FBA, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Order & Sales Analysis:
  • Review daily orders in Shopify and Shipstation.
  • Identify low-stock (and over-stock) products, high-demand trends, and potential overselling risks. 
  • Support weekly and monthly forecasting reports.

Purchasing Support:
  • Create draft Purchase Orders in Cin7 Core.
  • Track inbound shipments, supplier confirmations, and ETAs.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications:
  •  Minimum 2 years experience in inventory management, supply chain, replenishment, or purchasing.
  •  Strong experience with Cin7 Core (DEAR) or similar systems is preferred.
  •  Experience with Shopify and ShipStation is an advantage.
  •  Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  •  Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
  •  Detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable.
  •  Experience with cross-border operations or multi-warehouse e-commerce is a plus.
