We're Hiring: Billing Associate

Makati City | Onsite (Mon to Fri 8:30AM - 5:30PM)

Affinity Health and Wellness is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in billing and account management within a healthcare setting.

Description

  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients and customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of billing activities and monitor payment status.
  • Assist in account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Provide support in financial analysis, helping to identify trends in billing and payment processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve any billing discrepancies and issues.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of related experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in billing, financial analysis, account reconciliation, and general accounting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
