Online Store Admin

We are looking for an Online Store Admin to oversee and maintain our e-commerce platforms. The role involves managing product listings, processing customer orders, coordinating with couriers, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Update product information, stock levels, and pricing across online platforms.
• Process orders, returns, and cancellations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure efficient delivery.
• Provide customer support and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Track sales, monitor reviews, and evaluate store performance.
• Assist in promotional activities and prepare basic reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and simple photo editing.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
